CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST: IRVINE, CA
The Customer Service Specialist works as part of a cross functional team to address customer needs related to Western Digital Corporation’s consumer products via direct customer interaction or by providing guidance to the regional call centers. The Customer Service Specialist assists in ensuring call centers follow global best practices, participates in WDC infrastructure enhancement projects, and identifies process improvements and develops plans to accomplish them.
FIELD APPLICATIONS ENGINEER: SAN JOSE, CA
This individual will support a large hyperscale customer and interface internally with WD sales, customer technical management, engineering, marketing, and product teams. Will lead certain projects as they arise. Candidate will work with and learn processes related to multiple internal departments as well as be the customer voice. This role may require some travel.
