    Job Description

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Ensure regular and effective communication with customers, sales and cross functional teams within the company
    • Provide sales operations account support, identify problems and take corrective actions to achieve optimal results, including managing backlog, scheduling orders and providing product availability information
    • Focus and proactively strive to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy and process consistency to customer service level metrics and identify initiatives to improve these metrics
    • Own account demand forecast by working with Sales and customers’ planning teams to understand consumption trends and plans as part of managing the operating rhythms of the supply chain.
    • Work closely with demand and supply planning, logistics and finance teams to optimize order to cash cycle
    • Report monthly & quarterly revenue and identify potential risks/opportunities to revenue plans
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    REQUIRED:

    • University Degree.
    • 3-5 years relevant experience
    • Experience with operational issues associated with order management, background in managing a sales order backlog, scheduling orders, solving daily customer problems.
    • Knowledge of MRP and order fulfillment.
    • Experience in SAP/Oracle ERP.
    • Inventory management and shipping/logistics process knowledge is important.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Package [Excel, Word, Internet Explorer, Outlook, PowerPoint].
