Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work on sales analytics projects focused on customer analysis, identifying customer buying patterns, customer segmentation and sales process optimization;
• Drive changes by finding insights through deep dive into the data.
• Design and implement advance analytics models for customer insights;
• Collaborate with internal and cross functional teams to deliver tasks end to end.
• Work with business stakeholders to collect requirements, design and develop reporting solutions;
• Focus on data governance and data standardization. Work with other business functions & IT & operation teams to ensure efficient collection, standardization & harmonization of data;
• Participate in testing and implementation activities to ensure attainment of desired business outcomes;
• Use appropriate research tools to analyze business requirements and problems. Analyze and help facilitate process improvements;
• Maintain progress and provide visibility into project activities to complete deliverables on time;
• Must be a self-starter and can complete tasks with minimal direction/oversight;
• Capable of balancing multiple projects and meet deadlines

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• BS or MS with 10+ years experience.
• Must have 3+ years of experience in data analysis. SQL experience is a must.
• Should be able to write SQL queries to create and deploy data models;
• Must have experience in python/R to work on advance analytics models.
• Must have experience in data visualization tool such as Tableau;
• Strong research and data analysis skills;
• Strong verbal/written communication skills;
• Strong experience in Excel for quick data analysis;
• Basic knowledge of project management methodology and practices;
• Communicates ideas clearly and persuasively, adapting style to the situation and audience
