    Job Description ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Monitor and Track Contracts/SOW Deliverables for each contractor Evaluate performance of Contractor/Service Provider against stated SOW deliverables Field audit service provider activities Provide Contractor/Service Provider Performance Measurements Data Identify Performance/Work Quality Issues and Corrective Action Plans Identify Service/Program Improvement Opportunities Support and receive task needs from Supervisor and M&O Management Assist in coordination and project management of construction projects Provide support in coordinating efforts related to special events and large meetings Respond and follow up on employee work requests with courteous customer service Audit monthly vendor expenses and report any discrepancies Take on special projects, tasks and additional responsibilities as needed Self-perform project development- Assign technician work orders, scope, audit work Inspects outside contractor work to ensure that safe work practices and standard operating procedures are followed. Answers questions and provides information related to M&O activities including resolving problems, handling complaints in applicable M&O related areas of responsibility. Interacts professionally with the customers and clients; maintains effective working relationships and works in cooperation with the management team to meet departmental objectives. Responds to emergencies as requested; coordinates activities with other responders Prepares records related to the work performed and materials and supplies used; enters purchase requests in the computerized purchasing system.

    Additional Information Basic job qualification High School diploma or possession of a GED Certificate (Required) 3+ years of applicable experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job as listed above (Required) Preferred Bachelor Science in Project Management or Construction Management Strong prioritization, analytical, computer, and written/communication skills. High-stress tolerance – thrives in high-pressure environment and wearing multiple hats.
