    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    1. Provide monthly near term forecast, and quarterly strategic forecast for indirect product costs and manufacturing variances (OCOGS).
    2. Conduct period end actual vs. forecast variance analysis, especially as it relates to manufacturing variances, reserves, and inventory capitalization.
    3. Assist with Inventory forecast and related variance analysis.
    4. Drive standardization across disparate financial practices and consolidation methodologies.
    5. Establish and maintain a pulse on the operational risks and opportunities to proactively report deviations to the forecast.
    6. Automation and improvements to our processes/models/reports.
    7. Ad hoc requests assigned by managers.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    REQUIRED:

    1. 5-10 years of FP&A experience
    2. Manufacturing cost experience considered a plus
    3. Good analytic, presentation, and communication skills
    4. Must be very organized and thorough
    5. Experience with complex financial models
    6. Strong Excel background
    7. Fast and eager learner
