Job Description
This CPFR team member will be responsible for strategic North America retail customers to drive CPFR process, including, but not limited to, customer demand management, forecasting, and supply commit resolution. The successful team member is expected to partner with Sales teams and directly interact with customers as well as internal cross functional teams across the organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Works directly with customers and Sales team to drive weekly consensus demand forecast and replenishment process
· Proactively working with customers regarding in-stock requirements and product transition timeline
· Provides quarterly business targets aligning to market demand, customer requirement and company goal
· Reports weekly customer sell-in and sell-thru performance. Work closely with sales manager(s) analyzing key data metrics.
· Analyze weekly demand vs supply misalignment and work with Supply organization to recover supply issues.
· Ensures regular and effective communication with customers, sales and internal cross-functional teams to maintain alignment across all key stakeholders
Qualifications
· University Degree
· 5+ years relevant experience
· Experience with operational issues associated with order management, background in managing sales order backlog, scheduling orders, solving daily customer problems
· Working knowledge of retail business, channel inventory fulfillment and consumption trend analysis
· Knowledge of MRP and order fulfillment process
· Experience in SAP/Oracle ERP
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office Package [Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint]
