    Job Description

    Reporting to Senior Director of NAND Subsystem Engineering, the Engineering Program Manager for NAND Subsystem is responsible for development of new NAND Subsystems.

    Work with worldwide cross function team to develop the complete NAND subsystem.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Planning & tracking integrated project schedule, risks and development collateral. Interface with multi-site cross-functional development teams on Program KPIs & receivables/deliverables. Ensure tight integration with Operations, Manufacturing.
    • Also responsible for project budget, resource allocation, gathering requirements and ensuring requirements gaps are identified and resolved, risk assessment and mitigation plans.
    • Other responsibilities will include running cross functional meetings with internal stakeholders, managing operational aspects of the program and coordinating with product management.
    • In charge to implement and enforce the project management methodology within the project life cycle, from planning phase to closure phase.
    • Responsible to report the status of the project to senior management.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    REQUIRED:

    • B.S. Degree in Engineering with at least 15 years experience in Storage Device engineering fields or M.S. Degree in Engineering with at least 10 years experience in Storage Device engineering fields.
    • 7 or more years of Program Management experience required.
    • Must have proven record of delivering multiple products to high volume manufacturing.
    • Job requires availability in a non-regular hour due to working with overseas.

    PREFERRED: 

    • Basic knowledge and understanding of NAND preferred.
    • Knowledge of UFS or other storage protocols is beneficial.
    • Strong background in working with overseas teams in different country and culture.

     

    SKILLS:

    • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor 
    • Strong business partnering, influencing and analytical skills with demonstrated business insights and process impact in previous roles. 
    • Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills, and ability to work and effectively communicate with executive management. 
    • Highly motivated and strong leadership skills with experience in leading high-performance teams and demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate a team. 
    • Strong computer software skills (Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 
    • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and Enterprise Financial Planning Systems.
