Job Description As a technical team member within SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), you are responsible for developing firmware features that support the RSS goal of increasing device capacity while maintaining or improving the reliability performance and cost. The regular activities include understanding the requirements of the feature designs with cross function discussions, coding, verification and debug, in developing firmware using Agile/Lean mindset.

Additional Information The qualifications: 1. Proven firmware engineering background, proficient on C/C++; 2. Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication capabilities (verbal and written); 3. 3+ years industrial experiences, familiar with hard-disk-drive fundamentals is a plus; 4. MS/PhD in EE or computer science, or BS with 5+ years experiences;
