The purpose of the Flash Transformation Team is to change the way the Flash Business Unit works. We have team members running Business Operations, Change Management, Strategy, People Development, and even an Innovation Team. Our team is setting the new standard of work. We think outside of the box, introduce new ideas, processes, concepts, and events that make lasting impacts on the Flash business unit. Made up of close-nit, hard-working, problem solvers, this team is laser-focused on creating a culture of innovation, changing the status quo, and inspiring collaboration and fun.
The Transformation team is seeking an organized and motivated Program Manager to run the operations of the MBA Product Leadership Development Program (PLDP), a three-year Product Management and leadership development rotation program. The Program Manager will have creative autonomy to develop best-in-class experiences for program members, managers, candidates, and executives. This role will work cross-functionally with internal WD teams to develop and execute the program’s MBA recruiting strategy, create a fun and engaging summer internship experience, and establish a consistent learning and development cadence for program members. The Program Manager will lead process improvements and the day-to-day responsibilities of this awesome program that nurtures future leaders of Western Digital. The successful candidate will be proactive, have strong communication and organization skills, a strategic and analytical mindset, and ability to manage multiple projects/events at a time.
