    Job Description

    Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations, you will work closely with Recruiters, Recruiting Coordinators, Talent Acquisition Leaders, the People Operations team, the IT team, other subject matter experts to help support the Talent Acquisition Operations function.  Participate in key projects and programs as part of the Talent Acquisition and overall People Team.

    • ATS MAINTENANCE AND CONFIGURATION: Assist in the analysis, testing and implementation of ATS system enhancements and upgrades. Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix. Be the subject matter expert. Maintain system configurations. Document process and results.
    • RECRUITER & COORDINATOR SUPPORT: Provide system and process support for the Talent Acquisition team including, but not limited to, researching and resolving system problems, unexpected results or process flaws; perform scheduled activities; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements. Liaison with third parties and other stakeholders.
    • PROJECTS/PROCESS IMPROVEMENT: Recommend process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or major variations from established policy that must be approved by appropriate leadership prior to implementation. Use project management skills and project management software in managing projects.
    • REPORTING & ANALYTICS: Create reports and ensure that scheduled reports are accurate and distributed correctly.
    • USER TRAINING: Deliver new user training on systems and processes, and collaborate on the creation and distribution of training material to relevant stakeholders.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor degree or equivalent in HR, information systems, or related functions.
    • 2 - 5 years of a combination of professional experience in Talent Acquisition Operations and/or Talent Acquisition Systems & Technology.
    • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems configuration and maintenance especially SmartRecruiters experience a strong plus.
    • HRIS (Workday) experience preferred
    • Excellent ability to pivot with changing tasks and priorities.
    • Strong ability to effectively communicate on complex issues with a high level of effectiveness.
    • Excellent ability to organize work and set priorities for accomplishing work in a timely and effective manner
    • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships among distributed teams
    • Proficiency in Office 365
    • Strong Excel skills
    • Great communication skills, and are able to write clear and concise emails
