As a WDC Program/Project Management Analyst in the Global Customer Support Organization, you will be tasked with looking at current business workflows, processes and systems, analyzing it, provide recommendations and generating ongoing reports based on the business needs. You must be data-driven with excellent business analytical and communication skills as well as high attention to details.
