    Job Description

    Western Digital is looking for a talented eCommerce Operations Manager who is passionate about eCommerce and dedicated to delivering an amazing customer experience.

    The eCommerce Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in the growth, expansion, execution and customer service within the Western Digital Store for all of the Western Digital brands. This role will oversee expansion efforts into new marketplaces and countries where the Western Digital Store does not exist today. Customer service plays a large role in the success of this position and a strong candidate must have a background dealing directly with end customers.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Responsible for planning and managing tactical and strategic projects and deliver results on-time and within budget.
    • Understand customer behavior and facilitate metrics in order to make changes in processes, design and customer experiences.
    • Build an understanding of eCommerce in international markets and use that knowledge to present roadmap directions and expansion planning to senior leadership.
    • Analyze online payment processing products and develop a plan by region.
    • Work with transportation and logistics teams on issue resolution and new products and services.
    • Oversee demand planning to ensure they meet customer demands.
    • ·Produce and present ad-hoc operational goals as requested by senior leadership.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver a high quality of customer service and satisfaction.
    • Manage outside vendor relationships.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    REQUIRED:

    • 5+ Years of eCommerce operations management.
    • Ability to think fast and come to rational conclusions quickly.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the company and end customers.
    • Must be a high-energy, hands-on, creative thinking and risk-taking individual.
    • Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing eCommerce environment. 
    • Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficient using online tools.
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
