Job Description Key Responsibilities:1. Execute quarterly standard cost forecast calendar/activities/processes, work with cost accounting to update SAP standard cost quarterly.2. Manage massive data inputs to be used for standard cost planning; design process and work closely with a variety of stakeholders (BU Marketing, Product Engineer, Test Engineer, Program Manager, Procurement, etc.) to make sure accurate assumptions are used for standard cost planning.3. Review, analyze and communicate standard cost change to a variety of stakeholders4. Support monthly rolling forecast and quarterly actual close.5. Support various product cost analyses per business needs.6. Work with program managers to support new product cost assessment.7. Suggest and implement process improvements to the forecast, standard cost, and numerous metrics and reports.8. Ad hoc requests assigned by managers.

Additional Information Required Skills:Minimum 4 years manufacturing experience (in Operations, Engineering, or Finance), preferably in HDD, semiconductors, or consumer electronic assembly.High level of complex data analytics required. Must have robust command of Excel.Great communication skills, proven record of cross-functional teamwork.Flexible, collaborative, and a dynamic team-player.Passion for knowledge and learning.Bachelor’s degree required. MBA or Masters in a science-based discipline preferred.
