    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Job Description:

    • We are looking for a highly enthusiastic and analytical individual who can work in an extremely dynamic environment.
    • This role will report into the HDD Business Management and Planning team and be responsible for overseeing business practices within Corporate Guidelines. Day to Day activities include managing Customer Programs, Contracts, Business Solutions, Terms and Conditions.

    Programs Review:

    • As the primary resource within the HDD Business Unit, the Programs Manager will collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to review and align to best practices.
    • Drive STRC to Business Unit approval
    • Key activities will include
      • SRTC  
      • Master Purchase Agreements
      • Subcontractor and ODM Agreements
      • Vendor Managed Inventory Programs
      • RMA and Quality Agreements
      • Customer LTAs and Rebate Structures
      • Direct and Indirect Customers Terms and Conditions
      • Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
    • MAINTAINING METRICS ON BEST PRACTICES WITHIN WESTERN DIGITAL
    • This role will establish templates and track best practices metrics amongst key customer segments.
    • Available to present to Exec teams

    Practice Advisory Council (PAC) process coordinator:  

    • Responsible driving key actions related to PAC process review and approvals
    • Assist rebate reconciliation
    • Establishing key documentation templates and best practices
    • Will occasionally present PACs to key stakeholders
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    REQUIRED:

    • 5+ years of experience in Business Programs Manager and Contracts Negotiation
    • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Suite Skills are required.
    • Comfortable analyzing complex programs, contracts and maintaining best practices within Western Digital

    SKILLS:

    • Strong communication and presentation skill in both verbal and written.
    • Energetic and proactive, being able to drive multiple projects under time pressure.

    PREFERRED:

    • Undergrad degree in business, legal or finance, preferred.
