    Job Description

    We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Product Marketing Manager to develop and execute global product marketing strategies and go-to-market programs for an exciting SaaS Growth initiative. This includes working collaboratively with Product Management, Software, Program Management and Marcom teams to launch innovative storage solutions and experiences that will deliver meaningful interactions for clearly defined target audiences. This role will help develop and deliver activities involved in identifying target audiences, consumer needs and opportunities, ensuring clear and differentiated positioning, and compelling go-to-market strategies to positively grow global awareness, product adoption and affect customer behaviors.

    To be successful, the candidate will bring a combination of strategic vision, collaborative skills, and solid executional and communication experience, having worked in cross-functional environments built to move fast, prioritize, and scale products for mass markets.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Support strategic product value and positioning, features, schedules, and lifecycle management

    • Understand the technical minutiae of software and deep collaboration with Software and Engineering teams.

    • Drive integrated marketing strategies, campaigns, and sales training for new platforms that can scale to regional sales and marketing teams, influencing channel-level tactics

    • Represent the voice of the consumer internally with Product Management, Software, and Content teams in the prioritization, design, and development of products and experiences

    • Execute strong and targeted marketing collateral in partnership with the Marcom Team and/or Creative Agencies

    • Present and communicate business and GTM strategies to stakeholders, regional leadership teams, and key partners

    • Work with data insights and analytics to design learning agendas and assess campaign & program performance

    • Help meet product adoption and engagement goals by identifying and informing barriers and opportunities for success, and by partnering with Marketing and PR teams to initiate and inform effective and efficient marketing materials and campaigns

    • Ability to travel up to 20%

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    REQUIRED:

    • 5+ years of SaaS Product Marketing experience

    • Ability to work within a team and successfully manage cross-functional relationships

    • Experience interfacing directly with product management, program management and marcom teams to launch new products

    • Combination of visionary, strategic and pragmatic experience, encompassing both strategic product marketing experience and hands-on execution

    • Strong presentation and communications skills (written and verbal)

    • Experience in consumer research, and using data and insights to inform marketing and product strategy

    • BA/BS degree in business, marketing, engineering or related field

    PREFERRED:

    • Experience with SaaS for Mass Market Consumers

    • Prior experience in global Go-to-Market strategies and execution
