    Job Description

    Salesforce Technical Lead/Architect will be responsible for driving the platform architecture, supporting product development and implementation on the Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud platform. You will collaborate with multi-functional teams (management, API developers, UX designers, test engineers, operations engineers, business leaders and various IT Functional Teams) to lead product development initiatives for the IT Business Technology Solutions Group.

     

    We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback and designing best practice solutions with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform.

     

    This is a varied business facing role.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Drive architectural decisions and Integration Projects
    • All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups 
    • Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders 
    • Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports 
    • Monitor user adoption 
    • User training and creating training materials

    REQUIRED:

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. Masters degree or relevant certification desirable
    • 10+ years of experience in Human Resources or relevant experience
    • Demonstrated success in developing cutting edge global strategy and driving process improvements in a global workplace
    • Experience leading transformation
    • Proven track record of influencing, leading and facilitating HR Programs with multiple senior stakeholders
    • Good communication and presentation skill
    • Must have experience or knowledge in several HR functions such as Organizational Development, Compensation & Benefit, Talent Acquisition, and etc.
    • Have experience in change management and organization development 
    • Salesforce product knowledge and 5-10 YEARS OF hands-on administration experience with SALES CLOUD – QUOTES, OPPORTUNITIES, CONTACTS, CONTRACTS, ORG STRUCTURES
    • Trailhead Badges/Super Badges 
    • Certified Salesforce Administrator 
    • A proactive attitude to platform enhancements 
    • _A desire to implement best practice solutions _ 
    • Available and responsive to questions 
    • Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels 
    • Gathering requirements and proposing technical solutions 
    • T_raining users and creating training materials_ 
    • Understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules) 
    • Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports
