Job Description
Western Digital’s Summer Internship is an intensive, exciting opportunity to join our Flash organization. Interns will take on challenging projects and solve complex problems to help drive the company forward. Roles in this program vary from Product Strategy, Strategic Business Planning, Data Analytics, Marketing, and other related roles. Throughout the 12-week summer, interns will also participate in:
1:1 mentorship

The work location will be based at our US Headquarters in Milpitas, CA.
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in an accredited university with a targeted graduation date of 2025 or 2026.
Clear communications skills
Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities
Developing a digital mindset
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create and deliver effective presentations.
Ability to work both independently and in large, cross-functional team settings and display prioritization, time management and organization skills.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to self-start projects and operate in ambiguity.
An ideal candidate has intellectual curiosity, is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates leadership capabilities in past experiences, and can influence change.
Background
Currently pursuing and undergraduate degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Business administration, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Physics, Data Science, or other STEM focused degree) *
EE, ECE, CS preferred
SQL, Python, Power BI, Excel
