The People Analytics Consulting Partner will work closely with HR and business leaders to deliver insights based on quantitative and qualitative data and build a culture of data across HR.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Build and maintain trusting relationships with HR leaders, HRBPs and Business Leaders
    • Work with HR and Business Leaders to identify business issues best solved by People Analytics projects
    • Partner with internal People Analytics team members to deliver meaningful analysis directly to HR and Business Leaders
    • Connect work projects to HR/Business initiatives
    • Effectively influence stakeholders across the organization
    • Review new and meaningful data sources and make recommendations on appropriate use of IT resources
    • Build adoption of current workforce dashboards and People Analytics published apps
    • Stay current on research and best practices, summarizing findings and recommendations for enhancing current processes and practices
    • Translating business problems into analytics projects
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    REQUIRED

    • 7-10 years of professional-level work experience with an emphasis on People Analytics or Human Resources
    • Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to build strong relationships within an organization
    • Comfortable presenting information and ideas to HR and Business Leaders
    • Working experience and/or familiarity with Tableau, OBIEE, Alteryx or related tools
    • Strong business and human resources acumen, understanding internal and external market forces, operating priorities and Finance/ROI
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills with people across geographies, functions, and levels of the organization
    • Strong Project Management skills, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines and measure progress and success and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
    • Ability to handle highly confidential data
    • Thrives in a fast-paced, complex environment
    • Highly motivated self-starter who takes initiative
    • Goal-oriented, proactive, accountable and passionate about driving results
    • Moves beyond traditional ways of doing things; pushes past the status quo
    • Maintains a positive attitude and forward-thinking approach despite challenges

    PREFERRED

    • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in organizational management, analytics, human resources, or related field
    • Experience with applying analytics to business problems
    • Knowledge of statistical modeling and survey design
    • Interest in learning about advanced analytics topics
