Global Marketing Communications Manager, Translations and Digital Tools
Job Description
Playing a key role on the Global Marketing Communications team, this marketing manager is responsible for a small team of up to 5 people focused on providing our sales and marketing assets to our global field marketing teams as quickly and efficiently as possible. Driving automation of workflows, language translations processes and global asset accessibility is this team’s key to success, along with the critical partnerships that support them.
As part of the Global Marketing Communications Team, we provide proactive communication of team projects and project statuses, drive asset development schedules, understand product marketing direction, and drive global delivery of assets. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Communications, the ideal candidate is a seasoned marketing leader accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment who will effectively represent the Marcom team and maintain close partnerships with our internal clients and our IT and production vendors.
This Marketing Manager is a marketing savvy problem-solver who not only - understands - marketing process and field marketing needs but thrives on analyzing and optimizing team workflows to deliver world class marketing materials and improving time-to-market delivery. This Manager has a proven ability to lead and empower teams and challenge the status quo while working in partnership with Corporate Marketing, business units, regional marketing teams and IT.
