    Job Description

    WHAT YOU'LL DO:

    You will be joining the Ecommerce team at an exciting time. In this newly created role, you will be creating content for our customer facing digital platforms on a global scale. You have a good understanding of how to create copy that aligns well with visuals is key. A storyteller who can develop content to fuel web traffic, engagement and demand to drive rankings, engagement, leads and revenue. An exceptional multi-tasker that drives flawless and speedy execution – and works well across multiple teams.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Responsible for writing and developing high-quality copy (clear, concise, and grammatically correct) for digital marketing campaigns on our .com platforms, ads, email and social media.

    • Driving the creation of original concepts that result in effective and compelling communication.

    • Understand the different language styles and regions that appeal to various audiences and industries.

    • Engage and communicate daily with the team to ensure content needs are met and to provide recommendations.

    • Develop systems and processes for managing copy and approvals.

    • Edit copy for message clarity, flow, consistency, grammar, brand voice, and tone.

    • Testing variable content to determine customer behavior

    • Work autonomously on content assignments, often with tight deadlines.

    • Developing and maintaining a clear and consistent brand voice

    • Experience with web markup language and search engine optimization

    • SKILLS/ABILITIES

    • 3+ years experience with creating advertising copy- selling a product or service

    • Excellent writing, grammar, and proofreading skills

    • Highly motivated, self-starting approach to work with very strong attention to detail

    • Experience in customer facing digital content

    • Ability to create written content with both mobile and web audiences in mind

    • Ability to read and evaluate technical information and find relevant studies to support assigned topics

    • Able to react quickly to changing priorities with a consistent sense of urgency

    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team and be proactive and self-driven

    • Desire to learn and grow in the ever-changing digital marketing space
