Contribute to the Technical Development of Client HDD Programs & Help Define POR HW & FW Features
Lead and Participate in Daily Cross-Functional Integration Meetings and Setting Team Priorities
Define Back-End Process Sequences and Tests
Recommend, Analyze & Define Data Collection Requirements
Provide Yield Predictions and Drives KPI's
Develop Re-Process Plans for Failed HDD Recovery
Perform Root-Cause Analysis for Failed HDD From Various Users
Define Next-Level Failure Analysis Path
Validate, Review and Drive Characterization and Reliability Testing and FA
Validate FW and Feature Completeness
Extensive Expertise in Various Debug and FA Tools
Education BSEE or equivalent
7 Years minimum direct applicable experience
