Job Description

• Contribute to the Technical Development of Client HDD Programs & Help Define POR HW & FW Features

• Lead and Participate in Daily Cross-Functional Integration Meetings and Setting Team Priorities

• Define Back-End Process Sequences and Tests

• Recommend, Analyze & Define Data Collection Requirements

• Provide Yield Predictions and Drives KPI's

• Develop Re-Process Plans for Failed HDD Recovery

• Perform Root-Cause Analysis for Failed HDD From Various Users

• Define Next-Level Failure Analysis Path

• Validate, Review and Drive Characterization and Reliability Testing and FA

• Validate FW and Feature Completeness

• Extensive Expertise in Various Debug and FA Tools

• Education BSEE or equivalent

• 7 Years minimum direct applicable experience
