Job Description

· Program Management of Product Operations Engineering (POM) Team. As the Product Owner and Team Leader this individual will manages a cross functional POM Team that is responsible for identifying and managing operational activities of multiple products throughout their Life Cycle

· Represents Operations in Core team. Also responsible for makes decisions and commitments on behalf of entire Operations team in the Product Line Core Team (PLCT) meetings

· Works with the Product Development and Marketing Teams to identify and prepare internal & external qualification samples  

· Ensuring Low Volume Manufacturing (LVM) and production readiness by coordinating with Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales Operations and Factory

· Coordinate with the Product Configuration Team to insure Bill of Material (BOM) and SKU management requirements are met

·Handle special projects like business processes optimization and cost reduction. This individual needs to work on multiple projects simultaneously and interact with different Teams both internally and externally.
