Job Description

The role is a unique opportunity for a candidate with a strong background in IT and data analytics who has an interest in growing or expanding their business. The two main aspects of the position are:

A - SOLUTION DESIGN

• To set up the tools, processes and interfaces that will enable the business users to provide agile responses to the goals set by management. This will require scoping out the needs of the business, understanding the data elements and working out with stake holders across the organization to deliver and document the data architecture and processes.

• Adapt and recreate data elements as the business needs change

• Design robust data integrity processes

• Project management and documentation

B - BUSINESS ANALYTICS AND EXECUTION

 - Analyze the data, provide business insights and drive execution of the business goals.

 - Generate data dashboards and visualizations that support the business needs

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in managing large, disparate data sets and designing solutions for business users
• Experience in designing solutions from the ground up
• Highly proficient in SQL, mySQL, Python
• Highly proficient in Excel and Tableau
• Connecting to heterogenous data sources – SQL, MS Excel.
• Knowledgeable on business analytics
• Project management skills.
