    Job Description

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Coordination tracking and analytics around global price moves for all HDD/Flash channel segments, gross to net gaps, price bands across brands/colors. Work with business intelligence team to maintain/develop/validate associated Tableau tracking dashboards.
    • Monitor and summarize gaps between SFT/Supply/Financial Forecast/DO/Actualization. Work with regional and development teams to highlight, address and solve for gaps.
    • Provide analytics and guidance for global and regional channel supply allocation.
    • Oversee interlock process, improve/maintain models and streamline process. Setup related pre-meetings; chase inputs summarize data in an automated fashion. Track gaps to M3 forecast.
    • Oversee bi-weekly Market Dynamics meetings and related data content. Chase inputs from related teams, work to improve automate content.  Run the meeting.
    • Manage and track CTP/quarter close. Setup related regional/exec close meetings, track gaps to financial forecast. Ensure relevant parties (Sales ops, Development team, regional teams, logistics) are tracking adequately towards an agreed upon final target number.
    • Manage QBR presentation deck story preparation and story.
    • Take the lead in creating and implementing a process for gathering a monthly sell thru forecast by region and product.
    • Work with regional and developmental leads to facilitate creation of 1H/2H regional or country specific micro targets to be presented/reviewed aligning to interlock cycle.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    REQUIRED:

    • BA/BS – Business, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or related field with 10 years experience. MBA a plus. 
    • Demonstrated capability with forecasting and revenue planning
    • Demonstrated capability in process analytical skills and statistical analysis
    • Experience in supply chain management systems preferred (ERP, S&OP and PDM systems)
    • Experience with dashboard/BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI), and CRM platforms (e.g. Dynamics, Salesforce) or Customer Success Platforms (e.g. Gainsight) experience 
    • Strong MS Office skills, including fluency with advanced Excel skills
    • Self-starter who thrives and can multitask in fast-paced and at times ambiguous environments
