    Job Description

    The Analyst, Strategy within the Office of the CEO at Western Digital will join a new organization to support strategic projects that inform executive decision making and drive operational excellence and execution.  In this role, you will:

    • Support high-priority projects across business units and functions with detailed analyses, while managing key stakeholders
    • Independently own multiple complex workstreams with a focus on deriving insights that shape company strategy and priorities
    • Have significant exposure to executives and senior leadership
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    REQUIRED

    • Undergraduate degree from top tier university, bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science preferred
    • 1-3 years of experience in management consulting from tier 1 strategy consulting firm
    • 1-3 years of experience in high technology industry preferred

    SKILLS

    • Ability to drive change at scale with a bias towards action
    • Strong strategic and conceptual thinking
    • Data-driven analytics to draw insights, e.g. financial modeling, scenario evaluation
    • Hypothesis-driven problem solving and comfort with ambiguity
    • Strong command of oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
