Job Description

Under general supervision, the Reporting Analyst will provide and transform data into information that can be utilized to make business decisions and actions. This includes acquiring data from multiple sources, designing & creating reports/dashboards, fix any reporting issues and work closely with Business Intelligence team. This position requires working cross-functionally to understand evolving business needs and requirements. This position will be representing Western Digital's Talent Acquisition Operations function. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the creation of reporting initiatives such as dashboard, scorecards, and other reporting needs
• Collaborate with partners to analyze data and improve company priorities like diversity initiatives, internal mobility, etc.
• Utilize reporting and analytics to support leadership
• Work with lead to conduct data analysis, identify insights, and make strategic recommendations
• Pull data from various platforms to drive optimization and improve data quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience with performance metrics, data analytics and process improvement.
• Solution oriented, analytical approach to problems.
• Experience with workforce planning
• Excellent organizational, communication skills
• Expertise with emerging technologies especially Tableau
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products especially Excel
• Commitment to quality and attention to detail
• Knowledge of Talent Acquisition and/or Shared Services, preferred
