    Job Description

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Work with the HDD Program Management Team to plan and define Development Phases, Product Requirements and Product Features
    • Responsible for bring up of Manufacturing Test Process and Implementation of Product Features
    • Interlock with subsystem teams (Electronics, Firmware, Servo/Mechanical, HDI, Failure Analysis) to:
    • Coordinate strategy to meet manufacturing test milestones
    • Analyze and resolve issues identified during system integration
    • Identify root cause of HDD failures and implement corrective actions
    • Drive Yield Roadmap and improvements
    • Identify and interpret data collection requirements

     

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    REQUIRED:

    • BS or MS CE, CS or EE
    • Strong Leadership & Problem Solving & Organization skills
    • Ability to handle more than one project at a time
    • Experience with Data Extraction, Data Analysis and Statistics
    • Familiarity with Programming and Tool Development using TCL, Python, C, C++
    • Exceptional Communication and Presentation abilities
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
    • Knowledge of both Windows & Linux operating systems
