Job Description

• Data visualization through dashboards with tools such as Tableau, Excel and others
• Acquire data from multiple data sources and maintain databases/data systems
• Develop new reports per user requirement
• Maintain and update existing reports based on routine schedules
• Create and maintain various databases, data mining tools, and Excel macros

Qualifications

• Computer Science or related technical degree with at least 3yr experience
• Python (or equivalent) scripting to automate the workflow to auto generate report
• Advanced skills in Excel including Excel macros, pivot and charting
• Experience with Oracle Service Cloud or Tableau will be a plus
