Job Description

As Technician 3, Manufacturing you will support Production line any issue arise.  Address any wafers on hold from productions line.  Communication with PE/EE on any process/tool issue.  Help Engineer to do first line of defend to understand the problem and gather all information for Engineers to troubleshoot the problem.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Disposition all wafers on hold. 

• Resolve any tool fail qual and work with PE/EE to get tool back to production.

• Help Engineer to troubleshoot when issue arise.

• Following documented procedures, and wafers recover when tool abort.

REQUIRED:

• This position requires stay in clean room all the time.  

• A knowledge of TF process and operations.  

• Know how to use MITECS, Excel, and computer skils.

• Candidates must be flexible to work a 12 hour AWS Shift and overtime, as required by the team.

• Significant amount of standing and walking.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Biology or Chemistry, or a high school education with 2 years of college in a related scientific discipline. 
• A very hands-on person with a good knowledge or that can pick up technical details quickly is much better than just a book smart person. 
• SPC/Computer skills and be technically competent.  
• Exceptional attention to detail, good communication skills, is a self-starter and works with little direction or oversite, once trained.

SKILLS:

• Able to follow documented procedures .
• Familiarity with use of MITECS, SPC, and wipper page.
• Must possess computer skills and be familiar with Excel. 
• Basic knowledge on Thin Film processes.
• Working together as team work with peers/PE/EE/Maint.
• Proven ability to work on complex assignments.
