    Job Description

    We are seeking highly motivated university students ready to contribute hands-on alongside our Human Resources teams as you develop your career. University students who graduated or are graduating from May 2020 to May 2022 with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Communications, Social Sciences, or related field are encouraged to apply. You will be considered for current and upcoming available new college grad roles_. _Our Human Resources Rotation Program enables you to work in different capacities across various HR functions before dedicating to one role. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the different areas of the organization and rapidly grow your professional skills within Western Digital.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • University students who graduated or are graduating from May 2020 to May 2022 with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Communications, Social Sciences, or related field
    • Minimum of 3.0 GPA cumulative
    • Right to work in the US without requiring Western Digital to commence or sponsor an immigration case in order to employ you (for example, H-1B or other employment-based immigration case)
    • Ability to manage and complete projects and assignments effectively within designated timelines
    • Ability to collaborate well with others
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to deliver key messages effectively
    • Strong computer skills and ability to learn and navigate easily within multiple technical platforms
