  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    The individual will support end-to-end fulfilment processes.

    You will work with cross functional teams to enable execution to meet targets. Sales Operations, Manufacturing, Freight, Logistics, Device Planning, and Sales teams will be on your speed dial.   

    Responsibilities

    • Monitor factory commits and provide timely feedback to Sales on any changes
    • Work with Warranty and Support teams to prioritize and schedule their material demands
    • Share quarter-end responsibilities – work with manufacturing operations, logistics, and freight to ensure revenue target attainment
    • Help manage non-warranty repair process
    • Familiarize with back-end ERP and BIS systems.  Become the go-to person for information/data related to product  genealogy (parent-child), support obligations, historical shipments, serial numbers, etc
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or a related area of study and/or 5-7 years of experience in Sales Operations and /or Manufacturing Operations.
    • +5 years of Sales Operations experience in a technology hardware company.
    • Experience with global supply chain
    • Experience in managing sales orders with varying inco terms, distributors & OEMS, shipping terms, split-orders, etc.
    • Advanced Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications- Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word.
    • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements, problem-solve and produce results in a collaborative environment.
    • Self-starter, motivated, flexible, detail-oriented with ability to multi-task and takes ownership of work. Able to think independently and solid organizational skills.
    • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
