As a part of our team, youll have the opportunity to apply your skills and knowledge and see the results of your work firsthand in the marketplace. Along the way, you will become familiar with production processes, gain valuable project management experience combined with gaining an understanding of equipment design, installation and startup. Youll even be challenged to help improve these processes and troubleshoot production issues. While these experiences are designed to provide opportunities in technically oriented positions such as process engineering, operations leadership, maintenance reliability and technical sales service, they also provide the experience necessary to lead to other opportunities. Previous hires with these technical backgrounds also hold commercial, supply chain, financial, marketing and senior management roles within WestRock at our domestic and international locations. During the two-year program, you will rotate various locations. You will gain exposure to our paperboard and packaging operations. Your assignments will allow you to be at different locations, as well as different departments which enhance your overall knowledge and experience. You will also have access to ongoing development opportunities, from specialized training to engagement with national organizations.
