Job Description

The plant administrator ensures the smooth running of the office and coordinates work between all departments. This position will do onsite Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Inventory Reconciliations in addition to providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers. Ability to manage workflow and deadlines.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Complete customer billing daily
• Apply payments, checks, and credit cards to customer accounts
• Generate and review customer statements monthly
• Review and contact customers for past due invoices
• Code and process AP invoices for payment
• Answer Phones in a timely and courteous manner
• Product descriptions to customer
• Take orders over the phone and provide customer service
• Enter customer orders in google docs and order entry program
• Understand inventory entry and reconciliation
• Internal and external customer services

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• High School Diploma or GED
• 4 years work experience in an office environment
• Experience with multi-line telephone Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Good research skills and attention to detail
• Typing 45+ wpm. Good 10-key skills
