    Job Description

    This candidate will utilize financial modeling and data analytics tools to support the development and continuous monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) for the consolidated organization. They'll support the monthly Revenue and Expense Forecast process in Workday Adaptive for assigned entities. Candidate will be expected to provide key analytics and support for the review of the detailed annual budget and assist in the preparation of financial board reporting presentations.

    Essential Functions

    • Supports the development of the annual budget and periodic forecasts for all business lines. Requires regular coordination with key stakeholders and business leaders.
    • Supports the development of balance sheet and cash flow projections for the system.
    • Identifies trends and relationships that support projections in the system-wide forecast and budget.
    • Develops and maintains ad-hoc reports and sophisticated financial models as needed for various business scenarios and project opportunities, including new business lines.
    • Evaluates profit and cost efficiencies in various areas of the organization.
    • Supports preparation of five-year and long-term strategic financial projections.
    • Analyzes and evaluates pricing structures for the organization’s different business lines.
    • Supports the coordination of financial data requests for various external agencies.
    • Validates that any updates implemented by the FP&A team are made in all systems and maintains process documentation accordingly.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    _ Experience:_

    • 3 plus years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
    • Proficiency and efficiency in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite with strong emphasis on Excel.
    • Knowledge of Workday Adaptive Planning software or other budgeting/forecasting software.
    • Experience with Power BI, Power Query, or other data analysis tools.
    • Knowledge of preparation of financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles including Balance Sheet, Operating Statement and Statement of Cash Flows.
    • Public accounting experience preferred.
    • Senior Living or Health Care industry experience preferred.

    ** Education** :

    Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. (CPA Preferred)

    ** Salary Range: ** $85,000 - $115,000 based on experience

    _ Work Location:_ Hybrid arrangement of remote work environment with ability to commute to corporate office as necessary (Frederick, MD).
