    We’re looking for:

    An Account Coordinator to join our Real-Time Analytics team in Los Angeles. Account Coordinators strive to use our unique research methodologies to pinpoint strategic insights and create tactical recommendations to our clients. They have a solid comprehension of all major social media platforms and understand their unique place in the marketing mix. They are innately curious individuals with a passion for the latest in pop culture and current events.

    An Account Coordinator assists Managers in completing all reporting with a high level of accuracy. This includes a wide-range of tasks like writing analysis, determining social sentiment, desk research, data entry and spreadsheet management. They have an understanding of reporting schedules, client needs, and correspond with clients under the supervision of Managers.

    • Work with account team to understand reporting schedule, assist in meeting deadlines, complete client work on time and with a high comprehension of research delivered  

    • Serves as a Social Media Analyst, evaluates and scores social media feeds through our proprietary software, while creating custom research reports for our clients

    • Synthesizes complex or diverse information, collects and researches data, uses intuition and experience to complement data

    • “Own” projects assigned, maintaining the highest level of detail to ensure accuracy of work

    • A curious mind, top-notch writer/editor, creative thinker  

    • Ability to multitask and to work under tight deadlines

    • Proactive about availability, vocal when available to help across department and company

    • A problem-solving, solution-oriented employee who is learning to troubleshoot issues independently

    It’ll be helpful if you have:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, journalism, communications or related field; equivalent experience accepted

    • An interest in entertainment, pop culture and evolving brand landscape

    • Active understanding of all major social media platforms

    • Learns quickly, thoroughly, and with an incredibly high level of attention to detail

    • Ability to complete projects in a timely manner

    • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, is a self-starter

    • Able to understand and self-manage shifts in priorities
