    POSITION OVERVIEW

    As an analyst on the Client Experience team you will help lead and manage projects in a team-based setting, providing support to directors and clients. Primary responsibilities include the analysis and interpretation of data to support strategies in areas such as merchandising, shelving, assortment, and distribution. You will also have client-facing opportunities to develop solutions, create and deliver presentations, and conduct training workshops while gaining fantastic exposure to the CPG industry and the underlying dynamics between manufacturers and retailers.

    KEY OUTCOMES

    • Design projects to address key business questions and develop actionable insights, solutions, and recommendations for clients
    • Support clients on our proprietary suite of tools - this will involve database management, leading training sessions, running projects on behalf of clients, and regular testing of the software
    • Lead Fortune 500 clients in project initiatives and business development planning
    • Manage multiple projects alongside senior colleagues, from project proposal to insights delivery
    • Collect, interpret, and analyze data using in-house resources, third party providers, and/or custom research techniques
    • Present key findings to clients and internal stakeholders
    • Proactively communicate to clients via email, web conference, phone calls, and on-site meetings
    • Further develop knowledge and expertise across Consumer Packaged Goods categories and markets

    KEY CAPABILITIES

    • 1-3 years of experience as an analyst.
    • Bachelor's degree in any undergraduate majors with a minimum GPA of 3.4
    • Strong interest in business, shopper marketing, consumer goods, category management and retail
    • Detail-oriented with strong quantitative skills and analytical abilities
    • Logical thought process and ability to effectively communicate information verbally and in writing
    • Leadership initiative and strong interpersonal skills
    • Problem solving and critical thinking skills - ability to synthesize large amounts of information to uncover compelling and actionable insights.
    • Mandatory -Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
    • Nice to have- Experience with Data Visualization tools ( Power BI, Tableau)
