    Contribute to the building of the SMART tech platform at AdIntel. SMART platform is used by advertisers for creative ad tracking and ad spend monitoring across 23 traditional and digital media channels.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the scrum teams.

    • Own and deliver a high impact roadmap that will delight customers.

    • Prioritise features, bugs and tech debts.

    • Contribute in making platform stable and performant.

    • Contribute to a culture of technical excellence.

    • Own the ways of working and have a data first approach.

    • Build trust and own the relationships with various stakeholders across engineering, business,

    • product, design and analytics teams.

    • Hire, mentor and provide a career growth path for the team.

    • Innovate, solve business problems and have a bias for action.

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years of software development experience.

    • Excellent technical skills having strong Java background.

    • BE/BTech or higher degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.

    • Strong communication skills to interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    • Hands-on expertise in Java, SpringBoot, Apache SOLR, MongoDB

    • Expertise on handling large volume of data is a plus.

    • Should have expertise in AWS cloud platform.

    • Should be very strong in system design.

    • Having SAAS product building experience is a plus.
