    This position will be responsible for the overall administration of U.S. benefits programs. This includes the company-wide benefits plans, including health and welfare, retirement, global programs and time off policies for the company. You will be a key member of the Total Rewards and broader HR team, ensuring a highly operationally effective and compliant, which delivers timely and great service to our employees. You will liaison and build relationships with the total rewards and HR team, employees, managers, legal and the broader team.

    What You Will Do:

    • Responsible for the vendor management and communication of most global programs.
    • Administer all company benefit plans in US, such as Health & Welfare (Medical, HSA, FSA, Dental, Life, Wellness, COBRA), Retirement (401k Plan), Leave of Absence/Disability,
    • Lead annual open enrollment and related functions including renewal analysis, updating payroll and HRIS systems and vendor management systems, and hosting education sessions.
    • As an HR team member with key benefits knowledge, recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures for continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.
    • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and provincial regulations concerning benefit plans
    • Keep detailed and organized records for various audits and compliance and provide documentation for different audits (401(k), Medical, 5500s filings).
    • Answer employee benefits questions through internal benefits portal.
    • Partner with Finance and HR/Total Rewards on benefits budgets/costs reviews
    • Establish, build and maintain strong relationships with leaders across the organization to ensure our benefits align to our employees needs and educate leaders, managers and employees on the company's benefits plans.

    We are looking for someone who:

    • Bachelor's degree in business, finance or accounting, or equivalent
    • 5 - 8+ years of solid full cycle benefits administration and design experience (Health & Welfare (Medical, Dental, Life, Wellness, Retirement 401K administration, Leave of Absence (LOA) administration
    • Solid vendor management experience (e.g. Fidelity 401k, LOA & Cobra administrators, Aetna or other medical carriers, benefits brokers, wellness)
    • Has obtained advanced knowledge of benefits compliance requirements (e.g. LOA/Disability in multi-state environments like California & New York), 5500 filings, 401k Plan audits and testing, Cobra notifications.
    • Strong project management and process improvement skills (able to devise an annual benefits rollout plan in advance and manage according to schedule).
    • Disciplined and detailed benefits plan administration methodology (e.g. 401k loans, 5500 filings and audits, LOA requirements)
    • Strong communication, collaboration, and consultation skills working with a diverse and dynamic group of stakeholders.
    • A customer service focus with a responsive and positive "can-do" open-minded attitude and naturally proactive.

    It’ll be helpful if you have:

    • HRIS experience (UKG or similar sophisticated enterprise systems)
    • Solid payroll interface experience and understanding of payroll and benefits dependencies
    • Global experience or exposure to international benefits (e.g. UK, India)
    • Ideal if have experience in mid-size start-up and/or other highly transformative environments.
    • CEBS appreciated

    Per the pay transparency law, the hiring range for this position is $55.00 to $62.00/hourly. As a candidate for this position, your hourly wage and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, skill set, and any other factors MarketCast considers relevant to the hiring decision.
