    MarketCast will be hosting a ten-week Summer Internship Program from Monday June 5th to Thursday, August 10th, 2023. Our Summer Internship program will be held 4 days a week (32 hours a week) following a hybrid work schedule and reporting to one of our Centers of Excellence: Culver City, CA . This is a paid opportunity, but we will not be offering compensation packages for housing or relocation.

    The first week will consist of an immersive bootcamp where you will have the opportunity to learn about who we are, the work we do, and how you’ll be able to add value and grow both personally and professionally. Attendance for the entire week is mandatory as part of your on-boarding training and learning & development.

    WHAT THE BRAND SOLUTIONS TEAM IS ALL ABOUT:

    The Brand Solutions team focuses on Quantitative research solutions, typically measuring results over time, also known as brand tracking research. We specialize in many industries, including Media & Entertainment, Sports, Tech, Gaming, Financial Services and Telecom.

    Another specialization within Brand Solutions is our Sports, Live Event, and Sponsorship Impact research that helps our clients understand how the sponsorship and fan experience are impacting their brand efforts.

    Our internship opportunity will allow you to learn the ropes, dig deep into research techniques, and explore how to be part of a professional community!

    WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO CAN:

    • Become acquainted to qualitative and quantitative basics and research tools

    • Support the development of early qual/quant research tools such as questionnaire development and design, proof reading, logic checks, etc.

    • Strengthen their client communication and relationship management skills to include becoming familiar with routine communications such as field updates, meeting invites, scheduling, etc.

    • Find their voice in team discussions and share your ideas and perspectives with your team to help drive collaboration and innovation

    IT’LLBE HELPFUL IF YOU HAVE/ARE:

    • Majoring in a related field of study such as social sciences, economics, business, marketing, statistics, or related disciplines

    • Curious about people, what drives them, and why they do what they do

    • A creative thinker and a proactive problem solver

    • Strong communication skills

    • The desire and willingness to work as part of a team

    • Adept at working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience and comfort with Google Suite, a plus
