    ROLE DESCRIPTION

    You will be working as part of a team that is: Focused on providing data reporting solutions to clients which integrate multiple sources of structured and unstructured data. Partner directly with end-clients alongside Client Leadership / Analytics to Scope, Architect, and Program Manage: Data Lakes, Dashboards, Automated Reports, Search & Social Portals, and various other custom solutions. The team is also actively connected with global colleagues, and partner to build many of Kantar's productized solutions ex. Migration of Context Lab product to Power BI / UNICOM Intelligence.

    The Client Delivery Associate will support the above team mission by applying their data, programming, and communication skills, acquired from inside or outside of Kantar. They will partner daily alongside direct team members and internal / external clients and over time grow their technical and consultative expertise.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Write Boolean queries to extract meaning from unstructured data, gathered either through social or qualitative techniques
    • Leverage object-oriented programming skills to write scripts that transform raw data into reports: PowerPoint, Excel, Slides, Sheets
    • Use SQL skills to build databases in Azure or Power BI-Native that model/align various sources of data: Survey, Sales, Media, etc.
    • Create dashboard reporting templates in Power BI
    • Assist in gathering dashboard and other reporting requirements from internal and external clients, transform into creative and technical specifications

    CAPABILITIES

    • BA/BS in: Statistics, Behavioural Science, Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering
    • 1-2 years of work experience, can be an internship
    • Ability to be flexible in role, will work across Automation, Connected Data, Client Delivery, and Search and Social roles learning from experts daily
    • Ability to work independently or within a team, must be a flexible team player
    • Ability to self-learn
    • Strong communication skills
    • Has some experience / interest in the following: building automation in Python, VB, etc; developing dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, etc.; AI/ML; Social listening platforms such as NetBase and Brandwatch; working with structured and unstructured data; building databases/SQL knowledge
