    CLIENT MANAGER - KANTAR WOLDPANEL

    Location flexible on the East Coast

    Kantar's Worldpanel division is looking for a dynamic, high energy individual to work as part of an expert client servicing team, specializing in market research for the Beverages and Personal Care industries. We are looking for an energetic team player, with a real sense of drive and energy. Someone who ismotivated to work in a strategically important region within a fast growing business, across our portfolio of important subscribing clients. You are an individual with an engaging communication style, confident in interpreting numerical information, with a genuine curiosity andenthusiasm for understanding the markets our clients operate in. You'll be working in collaboration with other team members to drive best-in-class servicing for our clients, helping them realize the maximum value from our data and expertise. The role will combine managing and developing existing relationships with major branded manufacturers such as Coca Cola, Unilever and Keurig Dr Pepper, while also working closely to coach, manage and develop a close-knit client servicing team. We are looking for someone ambitious, solution and service-orientated, helpful and confident.     WHAT YOU WILL DO:

    • Day to day responsibility for the management of key clients, which includes delivering influential and impactful presentations to senior stakeholders.
    • Address both ad-hoc requests and issue driven briefs, showing ability to construct arguments, which deliver sound actionable recommendations to the client.
    • Develop relationships with key client stakeholders and ensure appropriate solutions and delivery based on a thorough understanding of clients' business strategy and objectives.
    • Identify revenue opportunities, work on proposals and follow through to delivery with the client.
    • Support and develop assigned accounts/clients by implementing and reviewing strategy and objectives from the account plan with responsibility for identifying revenue and contributing to the team financial results and forecasts.
    • Support and coach other team members, helping plan ahead, manage workload and drive your team's overall success.

    WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

    • Ability to challenge client briefs to ascertain real business issues and make sure approach is the most appropriate.
    • A commercial mind - the ability to identify and articulate commercial benefit of our solutions, linked directly back to client or market challenges and strategy.
    • Confident communication and presentation skills, translating into strong account management and relationship skills.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw actionable conclusions from complex data sets and a passion to understand the consumer - attention to detail, efficiency and accuracy are critical.
    • Good interpersonal skills and the willingness and ability to work within and coach a small, dedicated team
    • 1+ years' experience in a customer/client support related role, market research or panel experiencepreferred.
