    WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

    • An inquisitive person who is passionate about social media as a user, and curious about its evolution as a researcher.

    • Someone who has mastered the art of managing a qualitative research project and is familiar with every stage of the research / insights process - from soup to nuts!

    • A strong eye for detail - to us, sweating the small stuff is just as important as the big stuff.

    • Someone who knows how to extract actionable insights from data and use them tell a story that fully engages their listeners.

    • Team players capable of working independently; you’ll be working with a support team on research projects, but it will also be necessary to suggest solutions and make decisions solo.

    • Strong communicators - both written and verbal. Being able to find the right words to articulate the question, the story, and everything in between is a big deal to us.

    • Agile, flexible workers - we work on fun, iterative projects and need to solve and adapt quickly.

    • Practitioners who love working with people and who want to build client relationships.

    • We’re looking for experienced moderators. We expect you to have mastered all areas of qualitative research projects, including client communication, guide creation, moderation, and analysis. We want researchers who feel confident in bringing insights to life through talking to people of all ages and all walks of life.

    IT’LL BE HELPFUL IF YOU HAVE:

    • At least 4 years’ experience in custom qualitative research - in this role, we're all about listening to distinct business needs the and crafting the right questions to uncover findings that address each client’s unique goals.

    • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in the Social Sciences, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, or related fields. More than a Bachelor degree is plus!

    • Experience in UX Research is highly desirable; much of our work includes some focus on UX.

    • Razor-sharp skills in all basic Office applications; knowledge of an array of common communications tools and platforms; experience with or knowledge of research platforms a plus.
