    As a Manager- Qualitative Client & Commercial Strategy, you will work with a team of qualitative client managers, marketers, and strategists within the Kantar Qualitative Practice, as well as client team members across Kantar. You will support Directors and VPs with the acquisition, management, and growth of new and existing client business, helping to bring innovative and impactful qualitative solutions to clients across regions, domains, and industry sectors.

    KEY OUTCOMES

    • Support the account strategy and plan laid out by senior account leads (e.g., creation of marketing materials, compelling thought pieces that display Kantar expertise, etc.)

    • Assist senior team members in writing compelling proposals to secure new and repeat client business

    • Manage pricing process submission, partnering with the pricing team to develop competitive pricing for new opportunities

    • Maintaining key account data points and tracking to support accurate pipeline and analysis of business health and opportunities

    CAPABILITIES

    To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate a background in and knowledge of consumer insights - specifically qualitative, possess strong written and verbal communication skill, and sweat the details to ensure clients are delivered the highest quality thinking and consultation. More specifically as a manager within Client & Commercial Strategy you will have proficiency in and meet the following criteria:

    • Strong oral and written communication skills, obsessive attention to detail and laser-like prioritization skills and timeline adherence

    • Be able to work independently while contributing and working with a larger team

    • Be an open collaborator who flourishes within a team of diverse skillsets and thinking styles

    • Self-motivated in the pursuit of knowledge, ability to learn and understand not only the Kantar qualitative offers, but also those in other practice areas

    • Growth minded, actively pursues professional development, and solicits feedback for improvement

    • 1-3 of qualitative market research experience, or equivalent educational credentials

    • Bachelor’s Degree with superior academic credentials

    The salary range for this role in California is $ 72,600.00 - $121,000. Your final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
