    Data-Driven Research and Insights

    MarketCast combines the power of research, technology, and data science to help marketers and researchers maximize their advertising impact and unlock brand Fandom.

    Our data and insights guide critical marketing decisions, helping brands determine which fandom audiences to prioritize and product benefits to communicate, in addition to developing, launching, and measuring brand and advertising campaigns across media platforms.     We’re looking for:

    • A bachelor’s degree in a related field or higher
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or related field
    • A proven track record within a research organization and/or at a company in a similar space (i.e., media, entertainment, technology, brand). Experience with quantitative research is a plus
    • Excitement to learn a new business and drive those business goals
    • Ability to influence stakeholders, lead by example, and work closely with them to design and deliver end-to-end solutions Technically savvy and comfortable working with engineering through the development process
    • Excellent planning, organizational, problem-solving, time management and communication skills
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Experience working with Jira, Confluence or similar tools
    • Experience managing develop process with Agile/SaFe methodologies

    It’ll be helpful if you have:

    • An experienced product director who will drive maximum value for the business, striving for on-time, on-budget and innovative delivery of ad measurement solutions. You will define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for within the workstreams that you own.
    • A student of your application who is curious and astute at learning and including industry trends and technology changes
    • Someone who is curious and is effective at understanding customer problems through effective business analysis
    • A problem solver who will identify user personas, write the user stories, define acceptance criteria, and drive execution with engineering to deliver features and functionality
    • A business-oriented individual who can collaborate with peers and team leads, and work to prioritize the product backlog to ensure we are getting products to market and leveraging resources effectively
    • A data-driven individual who can interpret results and utilize them to make informed product decisions
    • A self-starter who will also educate key users and stakeholders on potential platform capabilities, including emerging technologies and approaches
    • A great communicator with the ability to articulate vision and roadmap, achievements and progress to the wider team and stakeholders.
    • A confident collaborator who works effectively with engineering, UI/UX, data science, research, operations, and commercial teams

    Per the pay transparency law, the hiring range for this position is $150,000 to $160,000. As a candidate for this position, your salary and related elements of compensation will be contingent upon your work experience, education, skill set, and any other factors MarketCast considers relevant to the hiring decision.
