    Job Description

    The Profiles Division’s product leadership team is looking for a data-driven Product Manager with a track record of leading consumer-focused product initiatives from concept to market. As a Profiles Product Manager, you will help drive the next generation of Web and Mobile consumer applications for millions of users across the globe, focused on improving the everyday strategic and tactical decisions we make. The right candidate brings a mix of product innovation, analytical thinking, leadership skills, technical knowledge and great instincts.

    In this role you’ll support our fraud detection, data protection and privacy compliance efforts and help to implement or enhance these solutions that monitor our applications and protect the personal data and privacy preferences of our users. Knowledge of market research, information security, GDPR, CCPA and product management for our consumer applications and services will be important in this role. With the world’s largest opt-in network of consumers, it will be your job to help enhance the insights and business intelligence around data integrity and privacy protections.

  • Qualifications

    What You'll need:

    Background:

    • 2-3 years in Product Management role, with a record of launching successful B2C products to market
    • Has product managed info security or fraud detection/management products
    • BA/BS required; MBA or Master’s degree a plus
    • Proficient with SaaS, CMS, and COTS platforms
    • Familiar with processes and security technologies to protect the confidentiality of information
    • Experience with mobile, browser extensions, or ad tech a plus
    • CISSP certification a plus

    Skills:

    • A clear understanding of the lifecycle of a product and the product management lifecycle process.
    • Experience performing competitive and comparative product analysis and market research to stay on top of industry trends and best practices.
    • Define product strategy and vision. Create and maintain product roadmaps, lead prioritization with stakeholders and manage product backlog.
    • Define product/project scope, outline comprehensive requirements.
    • Experience providing wireframes and mockups to effectively communicate new product concepts and features.  
    • Familiarity with the principles of user experience design and top design frameworks.
    • Ability to break down detailed requirements into actionable themes and epics.
    • Build a shared understanding around user needs and the definition of “done.”
    • Create user stories with concisely written acceptance criteria that ensure all user stories are complete, and all scenarios are considered.
    • Conduct customer interviews and usability testing to ensure product features are both relevant and profitable.
    • Work with member services to create product launch and pre and post-rollout communication plans.
    • Define product metrics, monitor KPIs, perform data analysis to make data-driven decisions.
    • Experience managing complex programs/projects, with acute attention to quality.
    • Experience guiding cross-functional teams, with the ability to interact with various stakeholders, including working with and managing globally dispersed teams.
    • Collaborate with executives, UI/UX designers, sales, marketing, business development, operations, and legal throughout product management lifecycle.
    • Provide guidance and support as needed to privacy and security teams.
    • Work directly with Technical Program Management, Engineering, and QA teams using Agile methodologies.

    • Proven analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up product decisions.
    • Deliver high-performing quality customer experiences that are engaging, purposeful, and powerful in their simplicity.
