JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a data-driven Product Manager with a track record of leading product initiatives from concept to market. As a Product Manager for Sample Tools, you will design a business-critical component that will fuel scaled growth for the next three years. The right candidate brings a mix of design thinking, evidence led decision making, leadership skills, technical knowledge, and great instincts. In this role you'll be supporting the integrations between our opt-in audiences and the digital marketing ecosystem. Knowledge of digital research, interface design, and product management for online services will be important in this role. As the world's largest opt-in network of consumers it will be your job to help unlock access to insights and data from consumers for our largest customers.
This mission-critical role is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious individual, well versed in commercializing data products to help build out a new generation of products and solidify key competitive differentiators.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Background:
5+ years in Product Management role, with a record of launching successful B2B products to market
BA/BS required; MBA is a plus
Experience with interface design, machine learning, and ad tech a plus
Skills:
Experience performing competitive product analysis and market research to stay on top of industry trends.
Experience defining product strategy and vision. Create and maintain product roadmaps, lead prioritization with stakeholders and manage product backlog.
Define product / project scope, author detailed requirements. Create user stories and define acceptance criteria.
Work directly with Technical Program Management, Engineering and QA teams using Agile methodologies
Collaborate with executives, UI/UX designers, sales, marketing, business development, operations and legal throughout the product life cycle.
Define product metrics, monitor KPIs, perform data analysis to make data driven decisions. Conduct customer interviews and usability testing.
Ability to outline comprehensive requirements and break them down into actionable user stories
Experience managing complex projects, with an acute attention to quality
Experience providing wireframes to effectively communicate new product concepts and features.
Experience designing API driven interfaces and automation
Experience guiding cross-functional teams, with the ability to interact with various stakeholders, including working with and managing globally dispersed teams

Proven track record of leading agile teams that regularly release high-quality Web applications, using KPIs and analytics tools to drive data-driven decisions

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work successfully with teams across the organization, including engineering, design, and senior business leadership
Excellent influencing skills and a proven collaborator
Highly organized with outstanding project management and execution skills
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; strong bias for action
