    PROJECT COORDINATOR, RESEARCH OPERATIONS

    As a Project Coordinator within Research Operations, you will provide operational support for our client-facing research departmentslocated across North America.With guidance, the Project Coordinator will manage and process data for online and offline client deliverables. The ideal candidate will thrive in a growing operations department and will have the ability and drive to learn new analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.

    KEY OUTCOMES

    • Perform data management and classification as well as data cleaning and weighting utilizing our proprietary software

    • Generate dashboard and PowerPoint deliveries per client needs

    • Critically think and analyze how to execute operational tasks according to business needs

    • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy; perform quality assurance testing to personal work as well as colleagues

    • Follow and consult on technical aspects of projects from conception to conclusion, while juggling many projects at once

    • Communicate effectively: Utilize effective communication skills in-person, over the phone and via email with internal teams and our colleagues across the globe. Facilitate confirmation of project requirements, provide feedback on data design when applicable, and marshal appropriate internal resources to ensure project success.

    • Adaptability in the ever-changing landscape of media and company/department needs to meet the demands of the business

    • Understanding the big picture of our media environment/landscape and the “why” behind the work we do to support clients

    CAPABILITIES

    • 0-1 years’ experience including internship in a business field such as:marketing, digital, research/analytics, sales, finance, consulting, and/or technology

    • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred (Marketing, Psychology, Economics, Social Sciences, Quantitative or Technical discipline preferred but not required.)

    • Experience with SQL, Tableau, or other data tools preferred.

    • Advanced Microsoft Office experience (PowerPoint and Excel required)

    • Organization and time management skills - self-motivated in a fast-paced environment and able to effectively juggle multiple projects, deliverables, and deadlines simultaneously while ensuring work is accurate, neat and generally error-free

    • Ability and willingness to learn new tools and software

    • Desire and drive to take ownership of assigned projects/tasks, including commitment to productivity, accuracy and quality deliverables and services

    • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with colleagues

    • Natural curiosity, a can-do attitude and comfort with ambiguity
