    This position sits within MarketCast’s Campaign Analytics division, which delivers primary quantitative research for a range of film studios, streamers, and other entertainment clients. The work covers the full content lifecycle, including concept & positioning studies, materials testing (promos, trailers, ads, digital assets) and post-viewer/post-release studies. This is a fast-moving world with clients commissioning projects at short notice, and MarketCast prides itself on exceptional client service, flexibility and super-fast turnaround.

    For this position we are looking for a highly organized project manager who excels in a fast-paced environment, thrives managing multiple projects on quick turnaround timelines, all while maintaining unrivalled accuracy and attention to detail.

    The candidate will be part of a team overseeing the management of 30+ market research projects, ensuring the goals, timeline and costs of the research are met. Roles of the project management team include questionnaire design, survey building, and sample management; coordinating with internal teams, stakeholders and external vendors to set expectations for project timelines, costs, fieldwork and ensure we can meet project dates; keeping internal stakeholders updated on project status; proactively identifying and addressing any threats to the project timeline; reviewing project execution and identifying future improvements.

    This is a central position within a dynamic team, managing both US and International market research studies.

    WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

    • A proactive attitude: self-starter and team leader, able to jump in and manage a busy team responsible for fulfilling multiple projects

    • Highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize a high number of projects against quick deadlines

    • Strong communication skills with the ability to build working relationships with internal and external teams, including external vendors and clients

    • Familiar with questionnaire design, generating project costs and timelines

    • Familiar with sample plan development, including target sample, quotas, incidence, and quality management

    • Prior experience with quantitative methodology of testing

    • Impeccable accuracy and attention to detail

    • The ability to work under pressure and handle tight deadlines

    • Someone who is able to take a flexible approach to work and has a team player mentality - prepared to do whatever it takes to get the job done on time and to a high level

    • Minimum 2 years’ experience managing market research projects

    • Familiar with Microsoft office suite (Outlook, Excel, & PPT)

    • Bachelor’s Degree required in a relevant field; Project Management certification preferred but not required
