    PROJECT MANAGER

    We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Services Organization to lead a range of enterprise software implementations and projects across our CPG customer base. As a Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the project life cycle ensuring successful outcomes and profitable engagements.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Accountable for planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex customer projects at the highest level of quality

    • Create and maintain credible detailed project plans (adjusting under change control) that supports the agreed project scope/deliverables to assure a high quality and successful outcome

    • Responsibility for the management of projects financials (financial forecasts, P&L, Invoicing)

    • Regularly plan and manage project resourcing requirements including leveraging partner resources.

    • Ensure project resources are effectively utilised and their time is tracked and approved in line with the budget

    • Build strong and positive customer relationships and manage the expectations of stakeholders throughout the lifecycle of the project

    • Work across multiple projects leading globally distributed and matrixed resources

    • Manage projects risks, escalating where necessary

    • With input from the team, prepare project SOWs and take through the approval process

    • Provide regular updates to internal reporting systems and providing executive project reporting

    • Ownership of any escalations end to end

    • Ensuring that the project team and activities follow the Kantar Way methodology and gating processes

    • Conducting governance reviews with the leadership team and with the customers

    • Partner with Sales and Pre-Sales on new opportunities to establish scope, pricing and P&L

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • 5+ years project management experience implementing large enterprise software solutions

    • Deep understanding of project management principles and SDLC methodologies such as Agile

    • Proven experience in managing risk

    • Results orientated and a high level of resilience especially in an environment of change

    • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    • Experience in managing matrixed resources across multiple time zones

    • PMP/Prince 2 qualified is preferred

    • Experience in Consumer Goods/Retail sector will be advantageous

    • Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Highly collaborative working style

    • Proven experience in managing a team

    • Highly numerate and analytical approach

    • Travel internationally up to 20 % to customer sites

    • Second language is very desirable
