    JOB TITLE: RESEARCH ASSOCIATE

    The Research Associate to support our syndicated market research projects and deliverables. With guidance, the role will learn syndicated research processes and methodologies, data analysis and reporting skills while providing quality assurance and control support for surveys and reports. The role will assist with delivery and customization of our products, support clients with special requests, assist business development and develop a relationship with internal stakeholders and data partners.

    KEY OUTCOMES

    PROJECT MANAGEMENT

    • Assist with research project management tasks, from fieldwork to delivery, and develop an understanding of research processes and methods

    • Demonstrate high attention to detail - this is a must

    • Juggle multiple projects at one time and maintain full ownership of responsibilities

    • Accommodate different working styles and needs

    • Handle client and internal requests with a positive attitude

    • Assist with requests and data delivery to digital advertising platforms

    • Tackle problems logically and proactively

    • Build collaborative and effective relationships with clients and internal teams

    ANALYTICAL

    • Data checks such as QC of survey programs for logic, accuracy and completeness, edit/proof data tables

    • Perform data analysis with internal crosstabulation tools

    • Prepare presentation charts and reports in PPT, dashboards

    • Contribute analytically to client deliverables and ensure that they tell a logical story

    KEY CAPABILITIES

    • Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Social Sciences or related preferred)

    • 1-2 years’ experience in a field such as:market research/analytics, marketing, advertising/communications, consulting

    • Detail-oriented, a self-starter, fast learner, creative, enthusiastic, and conscientious

    • Able to work autonomously, in a remote/work-from-home environment, and also collaboratively as part of a multi-functional team

    • Excellent organizational, verbal, written and analytical skills

    • Experience with digital advertising and programmatic platforms (e.g., LIveRamp, TradeDesk) a plus.

    The salary range for this role is : 59,500 to 99,100 USD USD Annual . Your final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
